Ms. Daniel concentrates on helping clients who have suffered catastrophic injury. She has extensive experience in medical malpractice and complex litigation. She spent many years defending hospitals, corporations, and physicians. That experience allows her to fully understand how these entities will try to defend lawsuits, and how they value claims brought against them. Since she began representing the people who have been hurt by hospitals, nursing homes, corporations, and big business, she has won multiple jury trials with multi-million dollar verdicts. Ms. Daniel has also been able to settle numerous cases valuing millions of dollars on behalf of her clients. Ms. Daniel has been involved in trials around the country, as well as across the Commonwealth of Kentucky. She has tried cases in New York city, Kansas, Indiana and Kentucky. As a mother, Ms. Daniel is especially passionate about helping the most vulnerable members of our community- the children. She has extensive experience in birth injury and neonatal injury cases, which require an in depth knowledge of the medicine involved. She has traveled around the country taking depositions of leading experts in all areas of medicine, including obstetrics, neonatology, neurosurgery, cardiovascular surgery, and orthopedicsurgery. Her knowledge of medicine allows her to develop and understand the implications of her clients injuries in non-medical malpractice areas as well, so she can fully understand and explain to juries how someone injured in a car or trucking accident will be affected long term, how much their medical needs and care will cost.
Ms. Daniel has successfully handled cases against national corporations, and finds it appalling when corporations put profit over people. She believes that any corporation that puts people in harms way, including nursing homes, hospitals, trucking companies, and pharmaceutical companies, should be held accountable for their actions and the harm they cause. She will fight for people who have been wronged, and personally handles each step of the cases she selects to handle. Her clients have direct access to Ms. Daniel and are kept informed every step of the way.
